Torque Moto

Probably the most trendy Moto Café in the United Kingdom, based in the heart of London. This was one of the first moto cafes that I came across and a must visit for any biker.

You can get breakfast, lunch, dinner or even just come for some drinks, just make sure you don’t ride in. But if you do, don’t worry, there is safe parking in the premises.

Also, enjoy a parade of motorcycle riding through the outdoor sitting area, which is always a spectacle for us bike lovers.

My Rating (3.8/5)

5=Excellent | 4=Very Good | 3=Average | 2=Below Average | 1=Terrible

Facilities: 4/5

Torque Moto Café has solid, well-maintained facilities that feel modern and practical. The space offers plenty of seating and has a clean, contemporary layout that suits the biker crowd. Toilets are available on-site and are kept in good condition. Overall, the facilities are comfortable and functional, though the café still feels more utilitarian than luxurious — which fits the rider-focused atmosphere.

Ambience: 4/5

The vibe at Torque is strong, with a good mix of riders and café-goers creating a lively, friendly atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can easily strike up a conversation with fellow bikers or simply sit back and enjoy the scene. The café has a relaxed, community feel without being overly loud or chaotic, making it a solid stop for both quick breaks and longer meet-ups.

Food: 4/5

The food at Torque is reliable and well suited to the biker crowd. The menu offers classic café fare that’s hearty, satisfying, and consistently good. It’s not fine dining, but it’s definitely better than average for a roadside café. Portion sizes are generous and the food is cooked well, making it a good choice for refuelling during a ride.

Service: 3/5

Service is generally friendly and efficient, but can feel a little stretched during busy periods. Staff are welcoming and keep things moving, though you may experience slightly slower service at peak times. Overall, the service is solid — just not exceptional.

Parking: 4/5

Parking at Torque is convenient and safe for motorcycles, but the designated bike area is a short walk from the café itself. While the parking is secure, you won’t be able to see your bike from inside the café.
