Day 1
Starting Point: Mercado de Carcavelos
Begin your adventure with an early start! We'll ride along the stunning Marginal Road, with views of the coastline, before turning toward the enchanting landscapes of Serra de Montejunto.
Stage 1: Serra de Montejunto
Take a well-deserved break at Bar da Serra in the heart of Serra de Montejunto. Enjoy a coffee and light snacks while soaking in the peaceful mountain views.
Stage 2: Almourol’s Castle
Ride through the countryside and sail to Almourol Castle, where history comes alive with ancient ruins, stunning views, and the flavors of traditional Portuguese bread, chouriço, and cheese.
Stage 3: Agroal’s Fluvial Beach
Pause your journey at Agroal’s fluvial beach, a natural haven where cool spring waters and lush scenery invite you to rest and rejuvenate.
Stage 4: Luso
End the day at a luxurious hotel near the serene Bussaco region. Check-in, relax, and enjoy a well-deserved dinner in elegant surroundings, preparing for another day of adventure.
Day 2
Meeting Point: Hotel Lobby
Begin your day refreshed after a delightful stay at the luxurious hotel. Mount your bike and head toward Montemor-o-Velho, a town rich in history and scenic beauty.
Stage 1: Montemor-o-Velho’s Castle
Explore the ancient fortress of Montemor-o-Velho, perched high above the Mondego River. Take in its sweeping panoramic views, perfect for photographs and a moment of reflection.
Stage 2: Leiria’s Castle
Ride to Leiria Castle, once home to King Dinis, and explore its majestic grounds. Afterwards, treat yourself to traditional local pastries while enjoying stunning views of the castle.
Stage 3: Óbidos Castle
Continue to Óbidos, a picture-perfect medieval village. Stroll along cobblestone streets, explore the enchanting castle, and enjoy a delicious traditional lunch before tasting the famous ginjinha, a cherry liqueur served in a chocolate cup.
Stage 4: Carcavelos
Return to Carcavelos, completing your journey along the picturesque coastline. Relax with stunning ocean views as you celebrate a day filled with adventure, history, and unforgettable experiences.
